This 6-week course will introduce you to some basic mindfulness practices (meditations). In each class, you will be guided through long (30 mins) and short (1 – 5 mins) meditations and there will be plenty of group discussions about what you notice when you meditate and if it is having any impact on your life. You will be given meditation recordings to listen to every day if you would like to practise in between the classes. The more you meditate at home, the more you will learn how to apply mindful approaches in your daily life.
