The Centre is open for telephone enquiries Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm, and we can offer a range of group video classes and online and interactive services to our Members five days a week.
Online Pilates with Lisa
Wednesday 12pm - 1pm
Pilates classes with Lisa are aimed at giving you the time to breathe, stretch and strengthen in a fun, relaxed and encouraging environment. Remember, it is progression not perfection that is important! It doesn't matter if you are young or old, fit or out of shape, flexible or not, Pilates is one of a handful of exercises which can benefit everyone.
Online Tai Chi with Richard
Wednesdays 10.30am to 11.30am
Tai Chi can be done by people of all ages and at all levels of fitness. It is not competitive, and everyone works at their own level and for their own benefit.
It is absorbing but not exhausting or stressful. There is no need for any special equipment or clothing; just wear something loose and comfortable and socks or flat, soft soled shoes.
