In a supportive and friendly group, you will get the opportunity to experience and explore relaxation and meditation techniques.

Relaxation and meditation can be beneficial for:

  • Releasing stress and tension from the body and mind
  • Feeling more peaceful
  • Reducing anxiety
  • Improving concentration
  • Enhancing positive outlook
  • Increasing creativity
  • A calmer and clearer mind

These classes will be run as a six week course on Friday mornings (see SECHC Calendar for details).  The course starting 27 October 2017 is full, but if you would like to attend a future course, please add your name to the list on the Centre noticeboard, or call Reception on 020 8668 0974.
