Yoga is a holistic system for bringing about balance and harmony on all levels: body, mind, emotions and spirit. A yoga practice that includes breathing, exercises, simple movements, relaxation and meditation can help to restore this balance when it has been disturbed by illness.
Classes, which last 90 minutes, are held on Wednesday mornings at 10 am. (See SECHC Calendar for details). Sessions must be booked in advance and only one can be booked at a time. There is a limit of 8 attendees per class.
Please bring your own mat if possible and wear comfortable clothing.
