Yoga is a holistic system for bringing about balance and harmony on all levels: body, mind, emotions and spirit. A yoga practice that includes breathing, exercises, simple movements, relaxation and meditation can help to restore this balance when it has been disturbed by illness.
Classes, which last 90 minutes, are held on Monday afternoons. (See SECHC Calendar for details).
