Yoga is a holistic system for bringing about balance and harmony on all levels: body, mind, emotions and spirit. A yoga practice that includes breathing, exercises, simple movements, relaxation and meditation can help to restore this balance when it has been disturbed by illness.

This gentle class may be taken seated in a chair, to allow those who find it difficult to get up and down from the floor to experience the benefits of a yoga practice.

No need to sign up or bring anything, just come along in comfortable clothing.
