This gentle class may be taken seated in a chair, to allow those who find it difficult to get up and down from the floor to experience the benefits of a yoga practice.

No need to sign up or bring anything, just come along in comfortable clothing.

Classes, which last one hour, are being held on Friday 7th, 14th & 28th February 2020 and then EVERY Thursday, 3-4pm, from 5th March 2020 (see SECHC Calendar for details).
