We are looking for a Health & Safety Volunteer who will be keeping an eye on health and safety issues as well as identifying new legislation to ensure the health and safety of all employees. You will be asked to highlight the potential health and safety issues arising and draw attention to the correct procedures to ensure compliance.

Your duties will include:

• •         Ensuring that current company health and safety policies are updated as necessary.
• •         Alerting management and staff to health and safety concerns.
• •         Keeping up-to-date the current safety records and carrying out periodic audit inspections throughout the Centre.
• •         Accident investigation and reporting any dangerous occurrences.

It would be helpful if you have knowledge of health and safety legislation and experience of the key duties listed above and or have previous building maintenance experience or a similar industrial background.

In any event, full training will be given.
