Taster Day at Croydon BME Forum

As part of our Outreach programme, therapists and staff from the Centre visited the Croydon BME (Black & Minority Ethnic) Forum in Thornton Heath. This is an umbrella group for many other Ethnic Minority organisations in Croydon.
The BME kindly provided us with space for us to set up a mini-clinic offering taster therapies to a variety of people who came to find out about our services.
Nutrition, Massage, Reiki Healing were provided by Julie Webb, Ruth and Yvonne. Jennifer, Tom and Nina made presentations about the Centre's work. Nina particularly impressed by making a presentation in Hindi.
The visitors certainly left feeling refreshed although we came back tired after an exhausting but rewarding day.
