Flower Sculpture bounded back to our Centre where it was first pioneered by Stella Dawes. And of course Stella was invited back to run a short course on the skill and it is hoped the flower sculpture will be continued in tandem with pottery in future.

It was a great thrill for the members experiencing it for the first time and a very welcome return to longer term members. All the comments were very positive including, “wow I finally made something I can be proud of!” The proud new Flower Artistes were presented with shortbread "Gold Medals" but photographs of these were in short supply - we were left with just a few crumbs of evidence!
