Old Coulsdon Village Fair
The fair seemed bigger than ever this year, and again, we enjoyed a very hot day with sunshine, and lots of visitors. We were very grateful for the shade of our gazebo’s though!
This year we decided to have both our tables selling craft items, many kindly donated new gifts, and bric a brac items. Both tables were full, and we were really busy all day long!
Firstly, I would like to thank Lynn Edwards for booking the pitch and the tables for us again, and then Lynn, husband Derek, and son Graham, plus John and Clive Manley who helped us erect the gazebos and set out the tables. We did this in record time this year too!
Many more thanks must go to Liz Sullivan, June Spain, Mel Bridges (Joan Jennings daughter) and her friend Debbie, Lisa Absolom, Jenny Ward, and my daughter Rachel, who helped before, throughout the fair, and after it was all over! Thanks again John for taking the gazebos down for us, single handed, before going on to perform in the Choir concert.
Lastly, thank you to everyone who supported us, by both donating items, and spending your money on such a good cause!
The Grand Total raised was £530. Another great success – Thank you so much
