The South East Cancer Help Centre has worked collaboratively with Mayday University Hospital in the development of the Macmillan Cancer Information Centre at Mayday.

The Help Centre provides great support for patients in improving their quality of life during their cancer treatments, and supports family and friends that are affected by cancer.

The centre provides a facility to enable patients to access complementary therapies, to access support groups and to have an opportunity to discuss with others affected by cancer their experiences.

The South East Cancer Help Centre has worked collaboratively with the nurses at Mayday in providing an excellent high standard quality of care in relation to supporting patients regain quality of life, confidence and learning to live with their cancer diagnosis.
